How to add Google Reviews to Wix

Setting up is a breeze:

1. Visit Wix marketplace and download our app

2. Click the Agree and Add button

When you click the Agree & Add button, you accept the Wix App Market terms of use and the information processing by the Google Reviews List app.

3. Complete the setup

Click the Add to Site button. This will allow you to place your Google Reviews where you can show them off.

4. Position your Google Reviews where you want to display them

To position the Google Reviews stripe on your website, click and hold to move it to your preferred location on the website.

5. Click the Settings button

To access the Google Reviews List settings panel, click on the reviews stripe to display the Settings button, then click on it.

6. Search by the business name

In the search bar, type the business name. You can add parts of the address such as city or street name in order to find correct place.

7. Found location? If not, Manual Setup

If the location is found, it will display the name of the business similar to the image. NOTE: If the location is not found, skip the next step and proceed to manual setup, which is just as easy.

8. Configure your options

Determine how your Google reviews are presented:

  • Minimal Star Count: Choose the minimum star rating for reviews to show.
  • Review Date: This allows you to start from a specific date.
  • Speed: You can choose left or right, or slow or slightly rapid.
  • Advanced Settings: Display reviews as text only or in a random order.

Manual Setup:

1. Navigate to Google Maps

Given that the business name was not found, we must manually search for it on Google Maps. This is usually the case if business does not have a public address.

2. Find the business on Google Maps

Use Share button OR copy the entire link for your location, e.g., ”https://…’ . Then go back to your Google Reviews List settings panel to paste it.

3. Paste and Click Import reviews button

Paste and Click the ‘Import Reviews‘ button. This will search for the business or address. Once found, you should see an hourglass with the text ‘Import Requested.‘
