Hello again,

February felt as a quite busy month, actually. Let’s have a look.

Aukro <> Shoptet connection

At the end of last month, we launched the Shoptet addon that makes it super easy to sell on Aukro, too.

It seems to be doing some good stuff. Here are key numbers:

20 -> ~100 eshops

0 -> 9 reviews (all 5 stars)

There was a bit of growing pain as we onboarded all the shops. We had to action alerts daily for the first half of the month.

But now we have coverage for most of the edge cases that popped up, and it feels like we have a space to breathe and add more features (and bugs) back to the tool.

Career and Job Board

We continue our work on Career and Job Board app. We’ve shift a focus a bit shift focus there. The last month’s plan was to look into the install ratio, but we quickly realised the installs are actually really good. We are at around 40% from app page view -> install conversion. That is among the best among all our apps.

So instead we focused on installs -> upgrades conversions. We were at 2%, now we’ve moved that to 4%. There is still room to grow, but the number is moving in a good direction.

It is hard to pinpoint one action we took to increase the conversion. But here is what we tried:

• Added onboarding email sequence – We took inspiration from this MicroConf guide
• Added a docs page for the tool
• Filmed a new intro video/tutorial
• Added in-app section with links to all the help materials

The combination of these steps likely helped users onboard more easily and, therefore, reach the point where they see the benefit. That is why I am guessing we are seeing an increase in the upgrade.

ArbTask

On ArbTask side we have been working hard to get out timesheet feature out. It is a bit more complex piece of work, but we now have a MVP.

I’ll try to reach out to some users to get their feedback on it this month.

Huge kudos to Mattis Ericsson Bergman and Emil Bohman who are working their LIA at did most of the work on this feature. They are crashing it!
